From the employee management screen, click on any employee's name to drill into additional details.
On this page, you will always see the employee's status and their deferral election amount.
Toggle between the Profile and Employment tabs for more detail.
Here you can view the following information:
Identification includes your employee's Name, SSN, and Date of Birth.
Contact includes your employee's Email, Phone, and Address
Before the employee becomes ACTIVE, you may be able to edit certain information about your employees. Once they are ACTIVE, you will not be able to edit any employee information. The employee would be able to update their own information in the employee portal.
Employment includes any External Payroll ID that you may have provided. This is optional.
Eligibility includes a more detailed breakdown of the factors impacting the employee's status.
Before the employee becomes ACTIVE, you may be able to edit certain information about your employees. However, once they are ACTIVE, you will only be able to edit the External Payroll ID.
